What is included in the Suites?

• In suite washer and dryer
• Microwave, fridge, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher

Is Parking Included?

Parking is not included in the price and is available at a per night rate. Downtown parking stalls are in heavy demand and we endeavor to accommodate your needs whenever possible. We offer underground spots subject to availability. 

What is the charge for parking?  Do you have underground? 

Like our room rates, parking rates are $5.00 per day.  We have secure underground parking.  All requests are subject to availaility. 

What is your cancellation policy?

To reserve an apartment we require a refundable deposit of $880.00.  Once we receive your deposit an email confirmation will be sent to you together with check-in procedures.  Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in are subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee. Your deposit is not refundable otherwise.  The amount of $880.00 serves as a Damage Deposit, and is refundable at the end of your lease, subject to inspection, less $80.00 to cover cleaning costs.  Deposits are refunded within 48 hours after check-out.  Rent is non-refundable.

Is Smoking Allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment or anywhere in the building.  Your deposit will be entirely forfeited for smoking violations.

What is Check-Out time?

Check-out time is 11am on the last day of your lease term.  

Are Utilities included in the price?

All utilities are included  except Hydro for which there is a charge of $35.00 per month or portion thereof.
